⚠️ Important Shipping Information ⚠️

  • There are two (2) separate payments for shipping costs:
    1. Payment to Seller → Shipping from Indonesia to the transshipper in your country.
    2. Payment to Transshipper → Domestic shipping from the transshipper to your home address (paid directly to the transshipper).
  • Please note: Fish will NOT be shipped directly to your door. All live fish orders must go through a transshipping service.
  • There will be an extra shipping fee for domestic delivery within the buyer’s country, to be paid directly to the transshipper.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all shipping policies.
