Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales of live betta fish are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for live animals under any circumstances.

Before placing an order, please ensure that you fully understand and agree with our shipping process and international transhipping fees.

Our bettas are shipped directly from Indonesia and require an international transhipping service to complete the import and final delivery to your country.
Once the fish has been shipped to the transhipper, we are no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or mortalities that may occur during transit.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel your order due to personal reasons or failure to read and understand our policy, a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the care and maintenance of fish that were reserved specifically for your order.

For payments made via PayPal, please note that PayPal does not refund their 5% transaction fee.
Therefore, the total refund amount for a canceled order is calculated as follows:

Refund = (Total payment – 8%)

No refund will be issued once the fish has been shipped to the transhipper.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Live fish or aquatic livestock
  • Perishable goods (such as fish food or medications)
  • Custom orders or special requests
  • Discounted items or gift cards

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for PayPal or your bank to complete the refund.
