🐠 1. Where do your betta fish come from?
All our bettas are bred and raised in Indonesia by experienced breeders under Radas Bettafish Official (PT. Lapak Radas Nusantara).
Each fish is carefully selected for health, color, and fin quality before shipping.
🌍 2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using an international transshipping service.
Please note that we do not send fish directly to your home address — all live fish orders must go through a local transshipper in your country.
📦 3. What is a transshipper and why is it required?
A transshipper is an authorized agent in your country who receives live fish shipments from overseas.
They handle import clearance, quarantine, and domestic delivery to your address.
All international live fish shipments must go through a transshipper due to import regulations.
💰 4. How much does shipping cost?
There are two (2) separate payments for shipping:
1️⃣ Payment to Seller – from Indonesia to your country’s transshipper.
2️⃣ Payment to Transshipper – domestic delivery from the transshipper to your home address.
The second payment is paid directly to your local transshipper.
⏳ 5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your country and transshipper’s schedule.
Typically, it takes 5–10 business days from Indonesia to your transshipper, and 1–3 days for domestic delivery after clearance.
💧 6. What if my fish arrives dead (DOA)?
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for fish that arrive at the transshipper’s location in your country.
If your fish arrives dead at the transshipper, please send clear photos or videos within 24 hours of arrival for review.
We will offer a replacement or partial refund depending on stock availability.
🚫 7. Can I return or exchange my fish?
No. All sales of live animals are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for live fish or aquatic livestock under any circumstances.
🛑 8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel before the fish is shipped.
However, a 3% restocking fee and PayPal’s 5% transaction fee (total 8%) will be deducted from your refund.
Once the fish is shipped to the transshipper, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
🧾 9. How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept PayPal for international transactions.
PayPal provides secure payment protection for both the buyer and the seller.
📜 10. What should I do after placing my order?
After placing your order:
- We’ll contact you via email to confirm details.
- You’ll receive your fish’s shipping schedule.
- Contact your local transshipper to arrange domestic delivery and payment.

No worries!
We can help connect you with an available transshipper in your country.
